The Evil Eyed Puffer is a strange saltwater fish species that gets it's name for what it does when it feels threatened... It "puffs" up. This Puffer is regarded as a nuisance by most saltwater anglers as it pecks away at baits and cleans the bait off your hooks very quickly.
